What would they sue for? It's not a right to be able to sell here.

Recent legal ruling that applies to all US sellers... All US sellers had to opt in in relation to this new legal standing, by way of eBay's new requirement to be or continue as a US seller on eBay
No class action suits.
Each seller must sue eBay individually.
and if I remember correctly the suit must be made in Arizona for all US sellers.
Canadian sellers can still have a class action suit....Different legal standing in Canada.

I still think it is amusing that eBay would do that and at the same time making their shareholders not happy when their next quarter took a deep dip without those 15,000 sellers!! HMMM?? Did eBay think about that before blocks those sellers??
I am sure that the shareholders wouldn't be happy to see less $$$$ for the first time in who knew how long since??
And what more to block those sellers are not going to resolve for everyone. By blocking those sellers, sellers cannot "improve" or make any changes!
It is like blocking Walmart just because Walmart gets an average of 1,000 returns daily in one store! Ha to eBay! It shows that there are lots of people at eBay don't know what they are doing in the first place, yet they are getting paid for doing those kinds of performances that are insane. Where can I apply for those jobs? LOL!!

I am part of this, I have only a 45 lisitng rule for the month, I called them up and laughed at them. I asked them how they benefit from this since I am a power seller. They told me they don't. I continued to laugh as I said I have my own store site and I listed elsewhere at no fees at all. How long before eveyone leaves Ebay., LOL

Is this coming from Ebay themselves because I can throw some flashy numbers out and make it look like I made a decent profit too.

I figure 15000 people with limited selling will mean they will have to let go a couple of people here and there
from Ebay headquartes since the manpower won`t be needed, correct!

Published, audited reports.
Further:
Total commerce across all of aBay’s platforms, including Marketplaces, PayPal and eBay Enterprise (formerly GSI Commerce) was up 21% for the quarter, to $51 billion.
Mobile attracting 3 million new customers in the quarter and is growing at more than 90%.
You think eBay cares about a puny bunch of whiners against those sort of numbers? Their game, their ball, their rules. They are making buckets of money their way. Amazon continues to lose money, quarter after quarter.

I tend to agree that buyers have way too much power here, and sellers are often left twisting in the wind with not even negative feedback to post against ill informed buyers. Ebay seems to think that buyers are more important. Evidently, they use simple numbers to guage that there are a lot more potential buyers out there than sellers. But without sellers, they have nothing.
Still, I would assume that at least some of those sellers deserved their fate. Not all, but at least some. I would think that other sellers would be happy about this, as bad sellers give everyone a bad name.

The ones Ive seen post on .com were low volume, but the feedback you can see isnt that bad. Some over 98% and 4.7 and better dsrs. Of course you can't see cases, but these aren't "bargainland" 10% neg sellers Everyone should have at least a second id on the go so one can be dropped before it comes to suspension. Couple bad buyers and al ittle bad luck with the mail and I coud easily have the fb profile some of those sellers have

Hi King-of-kings.... do you know why they blocked you? Your stats don't look bad from what I see??
