eBay is not adding sales taxes to my new (relisting) listing?

I added a sales tax table and "sold similar" all the ebay listings. Still no sign of sales taxes. According to Revenue Canada I'm a felon. Help!!!

Revenue Canada does not care if you collect GST (seven provinces) or HST (three provinces) or not.

They only care you remit the tax.
