eBay not Calculating Shipping on some items?

Hi all,

Had a buyer ask me what the shipping costs were. Well I thought and do have my Blackthorne Shipping presets set so eBay will calculate the shipping, but not on this item #330764768742 nor this one #350579451758. It calculates domestic shipping but not small packets to the USA.

It seems strange since I use the same shipping preset on many items that for some reason these two and possibly others are not calculating shipping.

Anyone have this happen to them?

It doesn't seem to be working for the U.S. or international.

What are your dimensions set at? The minimum measurements for small packet USA & international are 14cm x 9cm x 1mm. If the measurements are less than the min. the calculator won't work.

I have no idea how big that part is but is it too big for lettermail and light packet?

Try changing the Canadian Calculated dimensions. You can pretend the package is bigger than it really is, without going up to the next rate.

There is a difference between the size requirements of Canada Post and USPS. Known problem but eBay doesn't have a warning set up for it.
