ebay notifications sent by instant messaging alerts to my phone

I do not have access to internet during the day and I would like to receive ebay notifications to my phone as a text. Is this possible?

If you put email on your phone, you can get emails with updates.

No access to email either. Just texts to my phone.

The only other thing I can think of is to download the eBay App (http://mobile.ebay.ca/) and you can manage everything from there. This page also might help you: http://pages.ebay.ca/help/account/text-wireless.html.
