You need to add the tracking info so if already the goods are delivered, the money of paypal should release.

You returned an unwanted item to the seller.

Did you contact him first, and tell him the problem?

Did he send you a Return Shipping Label or money for the Return Postage?

Did you use a Confirmed Delivery (tracked) service?

Does the tracking show delivery?

Did you open a Dispute with eBay in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page?

Did you enter the tracking number in the Dispute?

Have you asked eBay to step in and Escalate to a Claim?

Without Proof of Delivery of the returned package, you cannot force the seller to refund.

You have 60 days from payment to leave feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual.
