When a buyer sends you a PayPal payment is will be deposited into your PayPal account. As a new seller are you aware of the PayPal 21 day hold? Your payment will be held for 21 days but you are still required to ship in 7 days or less. The payment will be released after 21 days if no dispute is opened. Here is the page describing the hold.

ok after the 21 days it goes in my apypal account do I havr to transfer the funds into my bank acc.

If you want to use the money for anything other than eBay purchases or paying your eBay fees you will have to transfer the money from PayPal to your bank account. If the transfer is undead $150.00,there is a small fee to do so.
