Frustrating & just something you have to accept. It happens to all of us.
Non-payers have increased since the time sellers lost the ability to leave feedback.
File a UID. Should the item still remain unpaid, escalate the claim & the buyer will receive a strike.
eBay does not like them either.

Just an observation. You might want to take a look at your shipping charges. For example, the framed print that you have listed comes up with $39.00 shipping from Vernon, BC to Calgary. This should only cost about $11.00 - less if you use Paypal print shipping. These amounts could be putting people off from bidding.

A Lesson in shipping breakables.
Canada Post does not insure for breakables
A seller must prepare the parcel so that the item in the parcel does not break
That means a buffer of three (3) inches on each side of the item in the parcel
The item measures 12 inches x 7 inches x 2 inches.
Bubble wrap and placed in a parcel of the size of the item.
The larger parcel would be plus 6 inches in each direction
that is 18 inches x 13 inches x 8 inches. or 46 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm
and this means the parcel is shipped on the basis of a volume calculation
46 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm = 30360 divided by 6000 which equals 5.06 kg
The price for shipping is based on a volumetric calculation which means the cost for shipping by Canada Post is based on the weight of a parcel being 5.06 kg
Welcome to the reality of shipping breakables using Canada Post

Non-Paying potential buyers are reality on eBay and elsewhere...
It is noticeable on eBay.. They have not bought until they pay...
but what about Walmart.
Pick up an item in one part of the store.... ready to pay... but you visit other places in the store... and then drop that first item off somwhere in the store.
Man's T-shirt in automotive as an example.... We see it but do not think about it in Walmart
fill up a shopping cart and then decide not to pay!. (shopping cart of eBay.com...)
I see it in a large thrift store.
Shoes or shirt or sweater in books..
A book in with the glasses, or cups and saucers or pottery or????.whereever.....
Many things get dropped off at the cashier... I have done that....I found something wrong
It happens... file a UID or cancel the transaction and let it go......
Block this person ...
Many buyers forget that eventually they may no longer be allowed to buy on ebay.
Nothing more amazing than having someone ask"Why can I not buy from you?.... They were blocked a few years ago

Based on those dimensions, from Vancouver to Calgary, the parcel would cost about $18 for regular parcel at the counter...less with paypal. Still quite a bit less than $39. The problem is that the seller used .com for that listing so is not using calculated shipping.
