i made a purchase that didnt arrive after 1 month and he refunded me but now it has arrived how do i give him his money back??

You could use the 'send money' option in your paypal account and repay him that way.  I'd say send the seller a nice note of contrition in advance so that he remembers what it is for.

To use send money you need the seller's PayPal email address. Locate from details of payment or refund.

Also, send the seller an email to let him know that you are returning the refund.
