i try ed  to buy a yugioh booster box on eBay but it has not gone gone through  i don,t if it because i need a Paypal account  but the issue is i never need in the past i always d give my master card info to eBay and that was it now i don,t know what going on i could use some help

Most sellers will only accept paypal.  Read the payment instructions carefully.  You should have a paypal account anyway.  It is secure and safe.  It is a bad idea to give your credit card number.
