shipping label the size of a stamp

I am having problems with ebay's shipping labels....they print out about the size of a "stamp".... I have looked at all my settings and everything seems ok, since I don't think I changed anything to made this occur.  I would appreciate the help.  Thank you

You are using Chrome.

You'll need to use Firefox, Exploder (err...sorry, EXPLORER) or another browser.

For some reason, the programmers at PayPal and Ebay do not recognize Chrome as being a valid browser, and therefore refuse to support it's use.
