Trying to relist an item purchased but the ad was posten in french. How do I relist in english?

Do you need translation help? Google Translate is a good start. Not particularly refined though.

If you want to change the listing from French to English, you could just use Sell Similar and change the applicable parts into English (title , text, etc.)

Or you could move to eBaydotCA instead of eBaydot cadot fr and redo the whole listing.
