Email option for ebay help?

I bought a phone screen but it never arrived, the seller deliberately delayed/ignored my request for a refund and now ebay's purchase protection is not an option. Does anyone know of an email option to contact ebay to resolve this? I can't use the phone option with a broken phone. Thanks.

you can file for a refund through Paypal, you have 180 days for the latest delivery estimate to do so..

The Paypal Resolution Centre is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.

You have 180 days from Payment to open a Dispute.

The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller, but all you want from him is a refund (NOT a replacement) and preferably either a statement that you can keep the junk phone or a return shipping label.

No prompt refund?

Ask PP to step in and escalate to a Claim.

Unfortunately, PP will insist that you return the useless phone to the seller with TRACKING to get your refund.

But once you see the phone is delivered you will be refunded.

 

Do not allow to seller to tell you that the Claim must be closed before you can be refunded.

Again, no replacements, it won't arrive or will be no better. Money back.

 

In addition to PP you are also protected by the chargeback policy of the card you use to back your PP account. Card policies differ. Go to Paypal first.

Paypal is definitely the way to go here. I'm sorry to hear you had this experience. It sounds as if your seller was less-than-ehtical and knew how to manipulate circumstances to fit his needs; we're not all like that and those ones give the rest of us a bad name.
