Seller gave shipment to USPS on March 8 Wedensday

It was delivered to Erlanger (GSP) on March 11Saturday

It was given to the subcontracted shipping company on March 12 Sunday

It was recorded in Tennessee and Hawaii.

It cleared Australian Customs on March 17  Friday

It is in Victoria on its way to a rural destination March 20, Monday.

I fail to see a problem.

If the seller reimbursed you, that was a mistake that would leave you out of pocket for the GSP charges.

To get a full refund you need to open a Not as Described case, citing damage in transit and GSP item in the case details.

After one try, I never buy anything GSP, which cuts off lots of the US sellers. Now half of the items shipped from China get lost, so I am not going to buy from China until this clears. eBay is getting increasingly useless 😞

Your complaint was about tracking from the USA to Australia being slow.
