Seller is refusing to send a revised invoice no shippi g shows

I bought a hallmark french hor ornament yesterday. Have tried to pay. Notice comes up to contact the seller.

When I contact the seller tjey say there is nothing they can do.

Have contacted them a few times. Have contacted ebay they sent an email to them. Asking to send an invoice. Seller now says not sure what they can do.

What should I do. I just wanted to pay i  good faith. Seller is in Arizona. I am in Canada.

I am amenable to  cancelling the order at this point but its probably too late

Does the listing say that the seller will ship to Canada?  It’s possible they don’t want to ship here or they don’t know how to add a shipping cost to the invoice,  You can ask him to cancel the listing but he may decide to open an unpaid item claim instead , which means you would get a strike.  If you get one you could phone ebay, explain the situation and ask them to take off the strike.

I check that always before I buy it says ships to north america. Canada is included in that
