Computer electronics are exempt from "duties" according to the Canada Border Services Agency:

This is a recent change (last 6 months or so?).
Taxes / customs are still required of course.

This in regards to what?
An ebay purchase using the International Shipping Program or something else?
Your calculator link is for computers made in North America and bought for personal use.

If you’re referring to items that are forwarded through eBay International Shipping, I’ve found that while the Checkout process conflates duties and taxes, the overall charges are accurate. Keep in mind that the eIS shipping charge is also subject to taxes.
