Impossible to get Sort options : has been non operational for months

Good Day All Ebayers :)) the Sort stays ALWAYS on HIGHEST PRICE but a few months ago I could consult the RECENTLY LISTED sort option  as a guide before deciding to list my items

Strangely ebay canada Sort buttons don't work for months  ( ... ebay.com usa 100% ok )

Tried many ways but no improvement ... maybe someone knows how to fix it, Cheers All

You should be able to change the sort order when searching using keywords, and you should be able to set your default sort order using the Customize menu in the upper right where you can switch between List or Gallery view.

If that is not working for you, try another browser to see if that allows you to change your sort order or your default sort order. If that works better, try clearing your eBay cookies manually in the original browser, and make sure that you are using the latest version of that browser, and try again.

The sort option works fine for me on my pc and on my iPad on both sites.  Are you using a computer or a phone?
