I'm at my wit's end. I've been trying to change my phone number in my account registration information. It asks me for my password and for a recaptcha-type code but then the change doesn't stick. There is no way to contact eBay, either by email or by phone that I can find. And the "help" section is anything but helpful in this instance. Does anyone know what I can do next?
