Hello everyone! Opening up the chat and we'll begin working on answers between now and tomorrow afternoon. Also as a heads up on the US Community Board we will be hosting the eBay Internatinonal Shipping team today March 8th at 1pm PST here in case you have any questions you would like to ask them. Some answers may require me reaching out to the right team for a response so some answers may be delayed!

Hi Devon,
In the past when another sellers listing had multiple sales we were able to click on the number of items sold to see when they had sold, the price they sold it at and whether it was sold as an offer. We are no longer able to do that as the number of sold is o longer an active link. Is this a permanent change or a glitch? It really is something that comes in handy for sellers and would be a detriment if this is a permanent change.
In the example I circled the area that used to have a link for us to click on to see the history of that sale. It is no longer a link. Is eBay planning on leaving it like that? If so, any idea why?
Terrapeak does not give us that specific type of info, at least not in an easy to find format.

Hi @pjcdn2005! I was able to reach out to a specialist on this. This change is something that was intentional and I know that they are still looking into the functionality of it. If there are more updates to share on this I will let you know!

devon@ebay, a recent update resulted in the removal of "Leave Feedback" button on the Purchase History webpage, as well as removal of the small icons indicating whether customers and sellers had already left feedback for each other.
This will likely result in even less feedback than is currently the case.
If that is ebay's goal, then nothing further needs to be done.
If ebay considers feedback important (as I do, both as a customer and as a seller), then the "Leave Feedback" and small icons should be restored to the Purchase History webpage.

In a future update could ebay include a field for FILM RELEASE YEAR?
When searching for an original or earlier version of a film it is very annoying to sometimes have to scroll through long listings of **bleep**py Hollywood remakes ... and even moreso if the **bleep**py Hollywood remake has spawned **bleep**py Hollywood sequels.
I've suggested this several times in feedback provided during the ~ 2 years I've been active on ebay, but so far that suggestion has been ignored.
Currently there is a "Release Year" field on listing screens, but that is for "Year the product was made available to purchase", and is limited to 1990+.
I've purchased many blu-rays & DVDs via ebay and other websites and have NEVER searched for a film based on the year it was first made available to purchase ... and I'd be surprised if anyone else has.
TIA

devon@ebaywant to pass along kudos for the improvements made in ebay's recent update of listing screens.
A few weeks ago when I listed a blu-ray for sale I was pleasantly surprised to find a more functional screen with a much cleaner layout, fewer drop-down fields, and with the prefilled "suggestions" (which had to be cleared each and every time!!) largely eliminated.
The previous version foisted on sellers late last year (apparently with NO user input) had me dropping more f-bombs while listing an item than I normally would in several months.

Hi @avidhiker-33! I thank you for the feedback and I can make sure to have this passed along to the correct team. I know that there has been a variety of different testing going on throughout the platform recently and they appreciate any feedback they can get from the test.
