The order status has been marked as "shipping info received" for almost a week and a half and the tracking number I was given does not work with USPS. I’ve bid on and won many auctions. I rarely bid on an item if there is a shipping charge. I bid and won a “free shipping” item. When I go to pay for it the seller is now tacking on a $10 shipping fee. When contacted they say I live far away, and with the low bid they wouldn’t make any money. I told them I’m sorry but I refuse to pay shipping. They said they’d give me a discount or small gift with my next order. I won’t be bidding on any of sellers auctions because of this. If you list an item with no shipping and you don’t get the amount for the item you’d hoped for that’s just the way it goes....you can’t then change the “contract “? I’ve informed them I’m taking it up with eBay. Maybe that will work. I’ve never opened a case against a seller and as you can see I’m addicted to eBay. Lol   I don’t know if this is new, it seems like it. Or maybe more sellers are listing an item for say .99. When you click on it there are other larger amounts-listed. The real price. So I bought this item the shipping location claims Rochester NY and it's being delivered to Oshawa Ontario, eBay mailed me on the 6th on Oct saying the package shipped, i checked to days ago the tracking on eBay it still says that it's not in transit. . . I contacted the seller to ask what's up and in very very broken English they claimed that the last tracking info was on the 11th and to check with my local postal office, now the eBay tracking number does not work on Canada posts, USPS nor the tracking site eBay provides in the email. All say invalid and the eBay link is for China mail tracking. As well the tracking number ends in CN. . . The end date for the item has not past but the earliest arrival date has which coming from Rochester NY it should have been here by regardless even with customs. It's just a cosplay wig for my Halloween party (this weekend)    Now without a valid tracking number i can't ask my post office anything about my package and like I stated eBay says it's not in transit. . .    Am i being scammed i have a hard time believing they are located in Rochester NY when they speak extremely broken English.  I dunno what to do i ordered this with more then enough time they it should have arrived from I'll say it again Rochester NY and yet tomorrow's Friday and i needed it for Saturday ... As of July 2017 ePacket allowed to Canada and others countries   Some sellers from China ship items by ePacket to the USA for around $2.00 or even free... i have had a few experiences with Fed-ex  and ups , When products are delivered to the door ,the guy slips the notice on the door and never rings the doorbell, and in return i have to go across the city to pick up the parcel, and the fees are high so what are we paying for I have complained to know avaail, whats wrong with regular mail, they deliver. EBAY Canada is unable to answer this after 2 weeks of calling customer service -- hoping you can help. I just started selling on Ebay. I sell fabrics..sometimes by 1/2 yard other times by the yard. I am selling in quantities. I have had 2 buyers contact me from the US stating my listing said I do not ship to Misourri (buyer #1) then that I did not ship to Michigan (buyer #2). My shipping is set the United STates for Canada Post Small Packet USA Air (which is correct), then the next option I have a about 4 countries set up for Small Packet International Air and, then the 3rd option I have "worldwide" asking them to contact me for a quote (i have an exclusion list set up and the US was NOT mistakenly added). I went to ebay.com as a guest and tried to add 4 yards of one of my own fabrics. When I hit shipping to Virginia it will not calculate a total. It seems I can only purchase a max of 2 items to get a shipping price. Any quantity over that it does not calculate and the buyer will have to contact me. Why is this happening? Any other sellers having issues...or maybe there is an ebay Canada rule that US buyers cannot purchase more than 2 (sounds crazy!). Again, I have calculated shipping checked, I have applied combined shipping, the US is set up to send via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air. What am I doing wrong or is there something I'm missing? I do not want to give manual quotes for shipping or order totals so that buyer are waiting for me to respond instead of checking out at their leisure.
