Does anyone know of an easy way to find broken listings?
Sometimes when I check the number of listings I have in Canada vs USA I find the number of items for sale isn't the same. Usually that means the dimensions I have entered for a package isn't compatible with the shipping service I have picked to the USA. It doesn't warn you when you pick too small dimensions and will let you list the item. But to find that item I need to look at all my listings to see which one is missing. Not a huge deal with sorting by price. But still, is there an easier way to find those?

There is an easier way If you are looking for listings that do not ship to a specific location. First go into one on your listings and change your location to the country that you want to check. If you are checking for the US, it’s best to do this on the US site and also enter a zip code such as 90210. Then click on ’see other listings’ and change the sort to ‘price plus shipping - highest first. The listings that do not have the shipping specified for that location will be at the very end so if you go to your last few listings you will see all the listings with shipping not specified together.

Short answer. Unfortunately no. The only real way is to cycle through and do random checks of items confirming postage options will work for Canada/USA and Intl. That is why I always try to offer multiple options for shipping so the customer will at least see something. This is something that has been a known issue for "ever" but was never resolved. It's just strange that if you ship with Shippo you are able to override/bypass those minimums and ship with other available services. PS. If you utilize letter/flat rate options you can sort in sellers hub to find items that may have incorrect shipping entered. Just add Shipping Cost with the customize tab and hit sort...sort. Not a perfect fix but does highlight any if entered shipping is hinky.

There is another way.
1. Click on See Other item tab.
2. Update shipping search to a valid Canadian postal code and scroll though.
3. Update shipping search to a valid USA zipcode (90210) and scroll through.
4. Update shipping search to a country you do offer shipping to and scroll through.
In doing a search of your items there is no postage noted(USA)for your sony walkmans(2) or the bioaire fan remote.

It looks as if you have 3 listings without shipping to the US. I didn’t check other countries.
Lotz, you have around 10 without international shipping.

Awesome! That totally works! Thank you so much. It would be nice if eBay caught these errors!
Is there a reason this bug has been around for years? It seems to be an important fix if sellers are not aware of items that have incorrect shipping dimensions. It seems to catch that error for too large items, but not too small? Most buyers will just find someone else to buy from.

Some items, for various reasons I do not ship to the USA or internationally. Selling a North American wall adapter for example to the UK makes no sense. If someone is interested, they can always inquire. Same goes for items that could be damaged in a long transit.

My mistake. I assumed that since you advertise that you ship many or all of those items to Canada, US, Europe etc. that you would want to specify a shipping price.......especially for the US. But that’s your choice of course.
