Hi everyone -
We're looking for some more help with something that was reported on the weekly chat. It was reported that folks are not seeing tracking information update in My eBay (order details and purchase history), even if it's updating on the shipping company's website without a problem.
In order to get more action on this I need example tracking numbers or screenshots that you're seeing things not update (all our testing accounts, and my personal account, are updating like we'd expect to see).
Any help you can provide would be great!

You have a good point about ebay tracking being eliminated. I end up doing more work because they are not updating tracking in a reliable manner. Thank goodness some buyers do leave positive feedback so that I know they have received their parcel without my having to go to Canada Post's site to check myself on delivery progress. Maybe they could give us a discount on our fees when they are not doing what is expected?? (Just kidding, that is likely never to happen!)

FYI, it's just Canada Post tracking that's not updating.... all my ChitChats tracking is displaying fine.

You have responded to an old thread and the fact that eBay staff also changes over the years; it is often best to start your own new thread to address issues/problems of a current nature that can be appropriately addressed with applicable information.
