I had a refund request from a buyer in Canada. I sent them a return label through eBay about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately the buyer could not use it because of the postal strike. They decided to ship the parcel back with Purolator instead. I was wondering if there is any way for me to get my money back on the unused label. Thanks
