Seller Sourcebook (SSB) - Anyone have any issues with them ?

I have been using Seller Sourcebook (SSB) since 2011 (without any issues) for image hosting and Ebay listing templates.  I have about 30,000 images uploaded to their website, with these images embedded in my listings.  Yesterday evening, on December 31st, SSB lost all of my images, this morning SSB was able to restore about 50% of the photos and at this point, SSB is unable to restore the remaining 50% of my images.  They cannot find the missing photos on any of their backups.  They suggested I re-upload the photos, which will probably take me months.  

Anyone have any prior issues with them ?

Does anyone know of any competitors to SSB ?

I know you asked this question a few days ago but I haven't been on the board for awhile.  I have dealt with SSB for many years and have never had a problem that was not quickly resolved.  In fact, there are rarely any problems on their site.

I know some other sellers use Inkfrog or Auctiva.  I used Auctiva initially but once I switched to SSB I would not go back.

Sorry to hear of your problem.  I know that is a huge undertaking to re-upload that many photos.  Best of luck to you.  I wish I could be of more help.
