This is a major inconvenience. Two buyers have asked about shipping this weekend and I don't know when I marked them as shipped because all the names are gone. I see the items, and the dates, what am I supposed to do, click on "leave feedback" randomly until I find who I'm looking for? This is ridiculous!

Agreed completely - how do I update my Shipped Items list when the names are gone? Constantly gets tougher and tougher to be a good seller.

Yes, I noticed that just this morning. I guess it is a disincentive to leave feedback? If it is going to be a pain in the neck, why bother?

I don't know why it is like that but you might want to download the free selling manager as it seems to have less glitches than the my ebay page.

$15.99 a month to get access to something that eBay took away - probably to trick people into paying $15.99 a month.

Thanks, but no thanks. I guess I just won't serve my customers as well - and when they complain - I'll make sure to tell them why I couldn't update their orders.

As I said, selling manager if FREE. You don't need a store to subscribe to it. That changed a couple of years ago.

There are two versions of Selling Manager.

Selling Manager which is Free as PJ mentioned.

Selling Manager Pro which costs $15.99 a month.

Is there a way to leave automatic feedback in the free selling manager?

I've got a couple dozen listings ending today, and without the user names in the items sold list I'm finding it really hard to manage things. I've signed up for the basic selling manager and got a nice message from eBay saying it would take a couple hours to set up, but in the mean time go to My eBay and click on selling manager to explore what's available. The only problem is I can't find a link anywhere! Can someone point me to where I can find a link to the selling manager? Thanks!
