Where to find account settings?

I had an email from eBay about a phone call back they were supposed to do, but it said that my phone number was out-of-date. I don't think it is, but I have checked the Hub over and over and can't find anywhere to find my account settings.

Account settings are top left of sellers hub page where it says Hi "insert name here".

Thank you so much, you are always so helpful. The phone number was correct, I think the rep. I spoke to was in another country, probably he didn't put in the Canadian code.
