problem listing an item to include destinations to ship to .

i just listed an item and cannot figure out how to insert the u.s.a  as a  place to ship too!   i find this new listing tool very confusing  and hard to figure out  how to list shipping destinations and shipping costs .

the older version had destinations listed as options in the listing tool that one could choose to ship to and also quote the cost .

is it just me that  is having this issue  or am i missing something ?

do not have any issues for applying shipping to the USA.

below the domestic shipping area, there should be the option to apply other destinations under the title of "International shipping"..and by clicking the button to the right, that will show the boxed areas to enter the needed info>>and then click on Add services which will in turn provide the ability to select the method of shipping, cost; click on "Additional locations" to check off >Destination> United States

If, by chance you are listing with app vs pc from my understanding the app vs is very stripped down for the options you have access to. I know several sellers who start a listing with the app and then "make pretty" with a pc.
