Kermit the frog cookie jar,should have Henson on the bottom if legit.    They would have been the one to licence it for production

Doesn't look anything like Kermit to me.  I don't think Jim Henson would ever license something like this!  Do a quick search on eBay for Kermit the Frog cookie jars - you will find the real thing.

The photo the OP provided is not sufficient for identification.  What are the markings on the bottom?    What are the dimensions?  Having the picture in focus would be helpful.
