New seller unable to list more than two items

I'm a new seller on Ebay and I've been able to list two items ; however, when I tried to list my third I got a message saying I had listed ten items and wasn't able to list any more.   I do understand that I can only list 10 items to begin with, but so far I've only been able to list two.

Does anyone have any idea what might be happening, and is there a way I can fix this?

The usual restriction is X items OR $X.

So you could list 10 items or $100 worth of things.

That would be 2 x $50 or 10x$10 or one $7.50 and one $2.50 and one $90 item.

This is also how eBay cons you into using Auctions, which are on-brand for eBay but avoided by most sellers and buyers.

You could list 10 items at Auction with $10 openings, and if eBay is content for them to sell for whatever they get -$10 or $1000 each.

Note however that most Auctions end with no bids, and of the remainder most only get one bid selling for the opening price.

You can ask for removal of restrictions every 30 days .

Best wishes for a successful business on eBay.

BTW as of 2:07pm Pacific Time your listings had not yet appeared.

It can take a full 24 hours especially for new sellers and high value/high fraud items.
