Hi I have noticed with 3 of my USA sales that the Shippo postage label I print charges more than what the buyer has paid for calculated shipping cost. These are all light packet USA untracked air mail packages. This one I just printed was to Florida. It cost 26 cents more than what the buyer was charged with calculated shipping. I didn't get any discount and ended up 26 cents out of pocket for that label.
This would be an older listing that I had watchers on and I let it just auto relist. Is it the fuel surcharges? If so why only on the older listings? Why would the calculated shipping not calculate the fuel surcharges and add them on to what the buyer pays?
This has happened 3 times so far. Not every time but my items are not valuable and I don't make a lot on them so I need to figure out how to get that USA light untracked packet to calculate the correct label cost so I am not out of pocket. The darn shipping calculator should do that - it shouldn't be rocket science! Lol.
Has anyone else had this problem? Did you have to go back over all your old listings and relist them again?
Thanks for your help and time.
