I have 3 user ids, (buying/selling/posting), I get an email notice received on first 2 - made the change worked fine, the third - no 'change password' email received.. so I tried it anyways.
I get
"please enter security code verification number exactly as shown below "
> I enter code as shown, takes me to password change page
"enter username or email of account ........"
>I enter account name (tried both email and account name)
" Sorry where experiencing technical difficulties.."
Retry link loops back - all retry's fail, contact customer support link fails.
I reboot, clear cookies, change computers, change browsers, ebays email received next day but repeats same failure message..
" Sorry where experiencing technical difficulties.."
So now im basically locked out of an active account with live running auctions.
Anyone solve this puzzle?
