Had a PS Support rep for a few months......... had a few questions so tried phoning, emailing etc.........never heard squat from the guy. "JP something-or-other" - probably some generic name used by whichever "newbie" eBay employee makes the mistake of answering an eBay phone.

To upsell you to home page featured, make sure you utilize gallery, bold and sub-title. Remind you that using an outside image host is very unreliable and of course how the only secure payment method is.....
