Here is my problem.
I had a buyer win an auction with one id, that was registered in the US, and I would have swore it was Texas
eBay sent invoice based on US address I assume
Item went unpaid.
Buyer contacted me and said that their card was rejected because they lived in France.
Unpaid Item case was initiated, buyer emailed said it would be paid within the 4 days
On the 4th day buyer paid using a different id that paypal says is "unregistered" chose the cheapest method of shipping and complained about the shipping cost !!!!!
This new id is in California
Now the id that bought the item says it is in France. ( they would have to have emailed me for a shipping quote ( but they did not.)
If it was in France how would eBay know what to charge them for shipping on the original invoice ?
Both ids have some 4 in one id an I believe 150 in another positive feedback.
This whole transaction has me worried...something is wrong.
Do I have to sell my item to this person, I have other bidders who I can send a second chance offer to.
