😮  You're actually considering phoning them to ask for feedback????  That's a bit much.  I leave feedback when I ship items.  For me it's part of my checks and balances system.  I used to send out the odd personal, polite feedback request after a couple of months but I'd never in a million years consider calling a buyer about feedback.  I haven't even done the emails in a couple of years. But calling someone??  yikes!  And even when I have sent out the emails it was done once and then I figure oh well and move on.  
The only times I've called a buyer is when there was a problem, misunderstanding or an issue that I felt would be better suited to verbal communication rather than an email.  Hearing someone's tone of voice is much better than a sometimes misinterpreted email.  I find people don't always have a good grasp of the english language and sometimes take things in ways other than which they were intended.  
I think you'll find you won't like the response you get to a phone call inquiring about their purchase satisfaction along with a feedback reminder.  But go ahead and try it and let us know how it goes.
