Have my laptop again and it is working great. Not my TL though. The TL team people are very helpful, Suzanne insisted on helping me with setting everything up again and getting back as much of my listings as possible by importing from eBay. My TL backups were too badly corrupted to use. Unfortunately, I have lost about 300 listings, maybe more. It's going to take me days before I can get back on track again! I had a great system going for ten yrs; hard to adapt to something different. Working on one store for now, then will try to clean up my other one.
Anyway, does anyone know if and how I can print off a list of my unsold items from my Turbo Lister files? I really just need a list of my item titles and can't remember how to do this. Thanks!

It seems that many people have been here complaining about TL lately.

I don't use TL, and therefor don't know much about it...but...couldn't you just go to your unsold items in My eBay and print that off?

I used print screen then
went to paint and pasted it. This is how mine looks. May take you a bit, but you can do it.

I'm not complaining about TL. I've been using it for many years without problems. It was my own fault that my data got so badly corrupted as I didn't bother fixing it sooner.
i think there is a way to print my data that I need using a csv file; I just can't remember how to do it.

When you do a synchronize on TL and pick All, it should import your unsold into TL.
How old are your unsolds in Ebay?
I just reinstalled TL and when I synchronized it imported over 5000 unsolds into TL, even though I had deleted all of them from Ebay unsolds.
Make sure you always run as administrator?
Are you selling under more than 1 ID and on .ca and .com?

I always run as administrator and I have more than one ID and list on .com. The TL team did not advise syncing as I would just import any bad data.

The sync with Ebay imports what was on Ebay, not the old TL data. It will have to be run on each of your ID's
You should also run under Tools at the top, Install Complete Version Update and run that about every couple of weeks. Make sure it finishes before doing anything else and it may take a little while to run.
Let me know what happens after you do this.

One other thing. I gather you are registered on .ca even though you list on .com.
If so, you should be installing TL off the .ca site and not the .com site as there are differences between them.

Really? My original TL was from .com site and the TL team told me best to upload from .com this time too if I was listing on .com. Evidently it is supposed to be more stable.

I didn't even know that there was one on .CA, I've always used the com one.... (but I only list on .COM anyway)

But you are listing from .ca, not from .com.
Each country has it's own version of TL.

I used to as well and still have a machine with the .com version on it.
I installed the US version on this machine and it gave me issues with fields not visible.
I talked to TL and they told me to download from .ca, add that I list on the US as well, run the updates from that, and then also run Install complete version update from the tools menu and run that regularly.
I have had no issue with TL since, knock on wood.

She lists on .com. I don't know if all of her listings were done there but some of them were.

My comments were meant for the OP having all the issues. If yours still works fine no problem. My US one on my other machine works fine for listing on .ca and .com as well.
Just my new install was a problem just as the OP's is.
We all know what worked in the past on Ebay may not work tomorrow!
