What do you mean exactly by a "register card" ?  On ebay you can change your personal

information via the My eBay at the top of the page and selecting the Account tab, but

there is no 'card' involved with registering.

If you are paying with a credit card, you must call the 1-800 Customer Service number

attached to the card.  That would have nothing to do with ebay (and vice-versa).

Could you elaborate?

Are you asking how to add another credit card into your PayPal account?

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile near the top of the page.
3. Click My Money under My Profile.
4. Click Update next to Debit and Credit Cards.
5. Click Add a Card.
6. Enter your information.
7. Click Add Card.
