How can you change a feed back/ item to private after the auction is done?( or can you?)

I have a customer that has asked if i can change the item to private as they dont want the item to show on their feedback.

Hi .. Not possible. Listing had to be set up as private..Buyer can change all feedback to private.

I would explain that this is not possible, and advise the customer that the easiest way to keep transactions private is to  leave no feedback and ask the seller to do the same.

Also, since we use IDs here rather than our names, the only people who know our secret identities are those we tell. So your customer should not tell anyone his ID.
