How do you send more shipping fees when you have already paid what was listed

I bought a parcel with a listed shipping fee in my currency.  The company e-mailed to say that shipping was more and I waited for them to update my invoice.  I then paid the next day (invoice was obviously not updated) and now they are requesting the extra shipping.  I have no idea how to remit that money once I have paid.  Any suggestions from those of you who have gone through this already.

Not required to pay more.

If you agree however , seller should refund your payment and invoice correctly or  can use PP send money. Sellers PP email address is in "details" of your payment sent. Select other/services rather than ebay item as reason and add item # to note. 2 payments for an ebay item cancels Buyer Protection.
