How long does a buyer have to send an item back?

Hi again, and thanks in advance.

A buyer won an auction from me on March 9th.  On the 17th she contacted me and said the unit (a Game Boy) wasn't charging.  I KNOW it was charging, but whatever, she said she'd give it a while or whatever.  She contacted me again on the 19th, and said a prong was broken and it still wasn't charging.  I told her to send the unit back and she said she'd 'send it soon.'  It's the 28th now and I haven't heard from her.

How long do I have to wait for this?  Is there a point where I don't have to accept this item back anymore?

How long does a buyer have to send an item back?

She can't open a Dispute for Item Not As Described after Day 45 from agreement to purchase. She won't be able to leave feedback after Day 60.

There is no actual deadline for returns, but those are the deadlines that can make your experience uncomfortable.

Remember that you are not required to pay for return postage. And never give a refund without a return. (Although is a few circumstances, photos are as good as a return. Not in this case though.
