Your first step should be to do some buying. This will give you some insight into the mind of the buyers and also some of the problems they face.
I would suggest buying shipping supplies from North America. As a book seller, I use a lot of poly envelopes which are lightweight, cheap and waterproof. (And maybe you want some discount postage :-D)
Also sellers are more likely to leave prompt feedback.
I think there is a difference between manga and anime. If there is not, use both. But I think your books are properly manga.
Don't get too specific about your Terms of Sale and don't make them over large. "I accept/prefer Paypal. Shipping is by Canada Post. Please contact me with any questions." pretty well covers all bases.
Your emphasis should be on your product, not ToS.
It's very much my opinion, but starting an auction at $1.00 with $10.00 shipping is a bidder turnoff. Especially in the young/broke anime community. You would be better, imo, to go for a $6 with $5 shipping or a $11 book with Free Shipping. Also Free Shipping gives you an automatic 5star rating for shipping cost, always a bonus. You will be amazed at how important your Detailed Seller Ratings are.
