I sold a necklace and got money for it from my buyer through PayPal. In two days the buyer got his necklace ,he changed his mind and want to send the item back to me. What I have to do? Need to send him all his money he paid( with the shipping cost) or only the price of the necklace ? Thanks in advance. Irina

Ask buyer to send back item at his expense, delivery confirmed...and refund ENTIRE purchase price only AFTER you have your item back...put them on your BBL.
I looked at your listings, I would go back and tweak them to reflect that you are not to be held responsible for initial shipping charges, nor for buyers return shipping charges.

When you refund your buyer, the refund has to consist of the full purchase price plus the shipping cost he paid to have the item shipped to him. Send the refund after you receive the returned item, not before.

Given the value of the items you sell, it is important to watch your spelling.
ONYX not onix
MALACHITE not malichite
LAPIS LAZULI not lazuly
VERSACE not versachy
While misspellings can be used to catch the buyer whose own spelling is erratic, the seller who makes mistakes looks ignorant and that is a beacon for scammers.
Also even honest buyers will search on misspelled terms, looking for items that no one else finds because of the mistake.
