I am not allowed to pay for the item

Hello,

I am not sure who to contact to seek help concerning my issue. My problem is a bit strange. I bought an item from a seller in France; he shipped the item before I could pay him. The problem now is that whenever I press the button to pay, a message comes that I have already checked out and paid. I have clearly not paid though, and would like to complete payment before getting a case opening. The communication between the seller and me is weak because he does not speak English. Any help to solve this issue will be extremely appreciated.

Thank you,

I suggest you wait until the item is received.

If satisfactory, you can arrange payment through PayPal using the "send money" function if the PayPal records clearly show that no earlier payment has been made.

"would like to complete payment before getting a case opening."

Do not worry about that at this time.

You can use Google Translate to communicate with your Francophone seller.

Insert the text you want to send in the English box. Make sure you have everything spelled correctly and that your grammar is correct too. The program will translate for you.

Then send the seller BOTH the English and the French message, noting that you used Google Translate.

You can pay for the item by going directly to your Paypal account and using Send Money. Note the eBay transaction number in the text box, both for your seller's bookkeeping and to show that you have really paid.
