I am trying to add a USA address and it keeps saying I have the wrong P C for that address.

Where are you trying to add the address? If you have a US shipping address, add that as your primary shipping address on eBay.

Check the zip code - US addresses have 5 numbers.

Assuming you will be using this username for buying, you may find that you will be blocked because of your current -1 status. Many sellers have set the buyer requirements to automatically block bidders with feedback of -1 or less.
