I bought and paid for an item, but it is not at all as the item listed on the auction page.

I recently bought and paid for a pair of designer boots off of a seller who quoted that these were authentic. Also, in the picture on the listing the boots did not have 'tassles' on the sides.  After I paid for the item, the seller sent me a picture of the boots, a different one than what was on the listing, showing tassles and no logo for the designer.  Since I have already paid, I do not want these shipped.  Is there anyting I can do to reverse this purchase?  I would like my money back to get the authentic version...there are still auctions available that I can bid on.
