I would suggest that you go to the dotCOM site and ask the Vintage Clothing sellers. They are a friendly and knowledgable bunch.
My guess is that if the item was being shipped to an Asian market, it would be required to have labelling in that country's language, just as Canada requires labelling in both English and French.
A counterfeit would not have that, since it would be intended to pass as a North American product. (Well, Burberry is British, but you know what I'm trying to say.)
But that's purely a guess.
