I have received feedback from buyer that opened a case against me. How is this possible?

Buyer opened a case  against me, it was resolved in my favor. Buyer even stated that he should have just left negative feedback. When I looked through my feedback, it shows positive feedback from this buyer.  Once he opened the case the feedback option is not available. It also show that I left him positive feedback, which I did not. I also reported this buyer to ebay for unreasonable demands. So, how is that we both have positive feedback for this transaction?

Hi .. Ebay system can't make up feedback. Buyer opening a dispute does not prevent them from leaving feedback for seller. Sounds like buyer regretted leaving a positive , a plus for you.

Buyers are blocked for feedback in unpaid cases.
