I live in Arkansas. When I try to sell something on ebay it only shows that I will only ship to Canada. You were contacted early about this. It was to be fixed in 3 business days . My ebay when I sign in shows ebay Ca. I can't sell until this is fixed. I had rather talk to someone on the phone if you can understand them. Phone number is .  thanks Donna Lee

These forums are almost exclusively read by users, not admin people. I would suggest posting a message on the Ebay.com boards, as this is Ebay.ca, or you can contact ebay directly. Sign in to Ebay.com, and paste this link into your browser:

Click the "call us" link on the right, write the number and passcode given, then make the call.

Go to the URL at the top of your page and change the ebay.ca to ebay.com.

That will take you to the US pages.

It sounds as if you have accidentally set eBayCanada as your default.

Go to Google and ask for eBay.com.

Click on that and then bookmark the page.

Now go to your Bookmarks list and remove the eBay,CA bookmark.

If I have guided you correctly, and I am a technodolt, you should now go to eBaydotCOM when you hit the bookmark.
