I ordered a handbag through  and  i have not received item It is not on my purchase history but it was paid for by paypal.  Do not know who to contact

Log on to your PayPal account.

You will find the payment and email address of the seller.

Contact the seller and inquire.

If you do not get a satisfactory reply, file a claim for non-receipt.

It is possible that you paid "off-eBay".  At one time this would have been a problem, but Paypal has now extended its Buyer Protection to non-eBay purchases and you are protected.

Make your enquiry of the seller, and if it is not satisfactory, file a claim in the Paypla Resolution Centre which is in the top right hand corner of the Paypal page.
