I received the wrong item from a seller. He has requested a photo but I keep getting error messages when I try to upload an attachment???

I purchased 3 items from one seller. Unfortunately, he has sent me the wrong items. He has requested photos of what I received.

When I try to upload a photo attachment to send to him, it looks like it's loading and then I get an error message saying that the server is down. This has been happening for several days now and I still can't upload a photo of these items.

I made sure that I have Java downloaded onto my computer and I also followed the instructions to enable scripts on my computer and it still gives me the same error message.

Has anyone else run into this?

Without getting into picture issues , send to his PayPal email address. Is in "details" of of payment sent. Message that you have done so.
