I made double orders from the sellers. And I had tried cancelled the order from seller before it ship out . But the seller declined it and no communicated with me. The product is out now. I just wondering can I have the money back from paypal. I don't want the goods anymore. Because it is bad communication.
You certainly can get your money back for the items but you'll have to return them to your seller (provided they accept returns) with tracking to indicate the items were received. Return shipping is usually done at your own expense.
