PayPal buyer protection will give you a full refund if the battery never arrives. You have up to 45 days from the time you paid, to open an item received dispute. You should open no later than day 43 to be safe. You didn't say where the battery was being shipped from so just over two weeks could be about right for delivery or not enough. Give it another week, then contact the seller and ask for the delivery confirmation number. There may or may not be one, but asking for it shows the seller that you are serious about the transaction and willing to open a dispute if necessary. Whatever answers you get from the seller, open the dispute if the battery hasn't arrived by day 43, no matter what the seller may be telling you. Here is a page about the dispute process. It contains a link to the PayPal resolution center where the dispute should be opened. After saying all that, I have to tell you that the likelihood of a package actually getting lost in the mail is very remote. Some packages may be delayed, bit eventually arrive. If you have received a refund for an item that didn't arrive, you can return the refund to the seller by using the send money feature of PayPal .

Hi djmoff ,,  seller is shipping within Canada. As scifan says , perhaps wait middle of week and then drop a note asking for shipping confirmation.

Scifan has explained what to do if item does not arrive and seller does not refund. 30 days is plenty to wait before requesting a refund.
